The challenges

Implementation
At the start of the collaboration, the main focus was on basic IT support. Individual employees could contact Tyneso for everyday IT problems. Over time, the projects expanded in scope. Tyneso modernised the company’s entire IT infrastructure, from network and servers to the roll-out of new PCs and laptops. All in aid of setting up a modern workplace and increasing productivity.
