Tyneso is looking for a motivated Technical Lead

Technical Lead Profile
- 50% of your time will be spent on project management, and 50% on technical work.
- You’ll be responsible for the preparation, execution, supervision, follow up and documenting of all your client projects.
- You’ll be the central point of contact for each project, and responsible for the co-ordination and follow-up of all work carried out by your project colleagues.
- You’ll supervise and provide technical support to your project colleagues.
- You’ll be responsible for all communication with the client(s) for the entire duration of a project, and aim to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- You’ll be required to work on a number of projects simultaneously.
- You’ll be attentive to the needs of the client and proactive in formulating suggestions for improvement.
Your profile?
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a System Engineer.
- You have a thorough understanding of the client’s business and needs, and are able to provide the correct advice in order to achieve the desired objectives. Preferably within the designated timing and budgets.
- You’re experienced in managing server migration, virtualisation, cloud transition, security and remote workplace projects, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows Server.
- You have sufficient technical knowledge to be able to provide the correct advice to clients with between 50-500 IT users.
- You have strong communication skills, are keen to establish long-term relationships with clients, and have a genuine interest in their business.
- You have a sense of responsibility and take a client- and results-oriented approach.
- You’re able to work autonomously, but also recognise when consultation with colleagues is needed.
- You’re able to delegate, whilst retaining an overview and providing support or making adjustments where necessary.
- You’re a team player who can supervise and support colleagues with both constructive feedback and clear directions.
- You’re happy to provide occasional on-site support and to carry out additional consultancy assignments.
- You’re fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French would be an advantage.
- You hold a valid category B driving licence.
- You’re a fast, motivated learner who is able to grasp new concepts quickly, and keen to be part of a successful team.
